1. Service-Based Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered if services have not been initiated or no work has been delivered.
- Once a project has started, refunds are not applicable.
2. Product-Based Refunds (if applicable)
- For digital products/software, refunds will not be provided once the product is delivered/downloaded.
- In case of defective or non-functional software, we will provide replacement or fixes.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Project cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion.
